4. That is the best dog trick I have ever seen!
Edited on Sun Nov-16-03 02:24 PM by brainshrub
For the first 30 seconds I thought it was stupid, but as the music continued and the dance moves got more complicated I was genuinely impressed!

On Edit: This dog won 14th place??? If this dog won 14th place...the first-in-show dog must have been doing algebra while danceing the Lambada!

10. Yeah there was something especially impressive
about the synchronized leg raises...I don't know why that struck me, but the whole thing was so damned rehearsed, it was amazing...the dog knew a ROUTINE, and it was all fairly complicated stuff that required fine body movement, and teamwork...the teamwork was just great. I've never thought dogs were "there" that much, in terms of consciousness, until I saw that video.

6. Hey, thanks for posting that
Starts out funny, ends up sublime. There's got to be an all-dog remake of "Footloose" some day.

7. Is it enhanced
Some of the parts with the dog going backwards have that backwards video appearance to them. It's very cute with or without it being enhanced.

9. I'm not sure, I know what you mean though.
I don't think it is....I think the lady just taught the dog to walk backward....

11. It's called Freestyle
It's a new dog sport, like agility or obedience. It's basically obedience moves set to music.

Freestyle is very impressive if done well. If done poorly, it looks absolutely ridiculous. I've seen both examples.

12. Has she been on Letterman?
Someone needs to send Letterman a copy of the Dancing Pooch.

That Dog looks like my Lulu that died a couple of years ago. That's the best trick that I have ever seen in my life.
