I could really use a drug.
I have a backache that won't quit. Had it for days now. Vicodin and naproxen won't touch it.

1. Ouch...I'm really sorry. I've been there with my neck.
Flexeril is helping, finally, but Medi-Cal won't cover it, so I'm having it sent to me from an online drug store. It will probably cost me about $20 for 90 10 mg tabs, but hell, it's better than being in pain.

15. accupuncture worked well for me
along with very large ibuprofen from the doc.

Now I do tai chi regularly and rarely get that type of back pain anymore. Hope you feel better!

4. Thought about a chiropractor?
I know a lotta people don't like 'em, but they've helped me quite a bit. And you can usually get in to see one the same day if you're in real pain.

Just sayin'.

16. One word: Ambien
you have to get a prescription for it, though, but it does the trick for me.

17. Flexeril.
That's the best, IMHO. But you need to be a couch potato while taking it, as it's a muscle relaxant.

Ice, gentle stretching and walking help me when I have lower back pain. Good luck.

19. It's prescription only.
But since you got Vicodin, maybe you can go back and ask for this. Good luck. :)
