Top DISNEY executives continue to grow more and more disillusioned by subsidiary studio MIRAMAX, the SPOOGE REPORT has learned, this time over a controversial interpretation of a post-modern Britney Spears!

Just weeks after releasing Justin Timberlakes's shock-singer-songwriter Justified, the DISNEY family will distribute a twisted update of The Happy Hooker, BAD BRITNEY, featuring Britney Spears as you've never seen her before!

Britney Spears, played by Shannen Doherty, is shown, drinking, sexing and robbing her way through the holidays.

One shock scene from the movie, set for release Thanksgiving week:

Britney says to a bartender: "I'm an eating, drinking, f**king Britney Spears!"

"Prove it!" answers the bartender.

Cut to bartender having sex with Britney in his car outside of the bar: "F**k me, Britney! F**k me, Brit!"

The film, recently previewed by DISNEY executives, has caused complete outrage, studio sources tell SPOOGE.

"Nothing appears sacred, anymore, this is just not in the spirit of Walt Disney," a top source close to DISNEY Chief Executive Michael Eisner said this weekend from Los Angeles.

Of serious concern: Britney is repeatedly shown on film, in uniform, cursing in front of children.

One scene features a child at a shopping mall asking, "You are really Britney, right?"

Britney responds: "No, I'm a hooker. I wear this as a f**king fashion statement!"

Elsewhere, Britney Spears is shown picking up a young boy, again while in uniform, and proceeds to have sex with him in a dressing room of a plus-size clothing store at the mall!

In the end, this new Hollywood Britney Spears tries to redeem herself.... but whether or not DISNEY believes MIRAMAX can, is yet to be seen....
