The window is clearly MacOS X (Panther). It says "System check: Windows XP detected -- GOOD!"

I used to be a Windows guy (for games, still enjoy it for solely that purpose), but in terms of design, ease of use, power, and just everything put together I'm firmly in the Mac camp now. Panther's just delicious.
