Funny little article
I was looking through the archives of my local paper...I found this

Suspect wants to join force.

Port Moody Police seized about 25 pounds of marijuana, as well as grow-op equipment, from a home in the 1000 block of Tuxedo Drive about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A 27-year-old man tending the grow-op asked police if the incident might negatively impact his application to join the Vancouver Police Department.

"He was assured it would," Const. Brian Soles said.
