Tommorow is the last day of entertaining my in-laws

Yippee!!!

Now don't get me wrong...of the 8 people I am entertaining....all but one is tolerable.
The one I am not really keen on is just a bit to uptight...

I have been baking and cooking and I am still preparing stuff for breakfast tomorrow.

But....as of around 2pm tomorrow....my home will be empty...and I will take a nap.

I made a huge Pittsburgh "hunky" dinner on Friday night...stuffed cabbage, potato kugel, kielbasa and kraut...etc

I made a big lunch...homemade turkey soup and sandwiches...

Tomorrow....quiche, sausage and egg casserole, and french toast bake...with clotted cream and peaches...ham and fresh fruit...

I also have had apple and pumpkin pies...

but ....I am getting tired of the entertaining.....

It really is a lot of work to have company....

they are all watching their weight...it is quite funny. My mom came over and said..."what's with this no carbohydrate crap"...she doesn't really understand dieting....

My husband loves it...the house if filled with food...
