contains: Enriched flour,niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate,riboflavin,folic acid,vegetable oil, canola oil, dehydrated vege-tables,salt, textured soy protein, hydrolyzed soy, corn and wheat protein, onion powder, monosodium glutamate, caramel color, garlic powder, autolyzed yeast extract, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium tripolyphosphate, chicken stock, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, sodium algonate, natural flavors,tocopherols, soy sauce powder, beef powder, wheat gluten and T-BHQ..

9. If you have access to a microwave,
switch to the little mini-containers of Campbell's Soup instead. Still a lot of sodium and whatnot, but a LOT less MSG, and they taste a whole hell of a lot better. They're very portable. Cup-o-noodles nearly always gives me a migraine. It's marginally better than starving, but only marginally.
