Feeling under the weather today -- HUGE sinus headache

I just watched "The Killer Shrews", and just put in "The Brain that Wouldn't Die".

Best way I know how to pass the day.

10. Hot washcloths help me

when my sinuses really hurt, I take a washcloth, wet it in water as hot as I can stand, and put it over my face until it's tepid. It helps. So does a Sudafed or two. Not that you can buy Sudafed anymore without begging the pharmacist for it - they assume anyone buying a box of 24 Sudafed is a meth manufacturer.

I used to get lots of pressure buildup
leading to sinus infections and ear infections

No more thanks to Ziban ..No I do not work for them
but there product has saved me many unwanted trips
to the doctor.
