...it's just bait to see if Hillary will actually bite. She's DOA if she runs this year.
She made a promise to NY voters- if she breaks it to run for President or VP, the media will slaughter her. It will make Monica Gate look like makin' daisy chains compared to the media bloodbath that would occur if she runs this year...

Hillary is way too polarizing . . . the campaign would be nothing but dirt-slinging, and would resurrect everything from Whitewater to Vince Foster . . . she'd also be breaking her promise to the New Yorkers who elected her . . . much rather see Al Gore step into the breach . . . if there is one . . .
