"I think she peed her pants." |
|
So we have the house all decked out this year, with full cemetery out front, our 7 foot tall vampire, and a front porch full of doo-dads.
One is a motion sensor ghost that starts moaning and moving his arms when you get close to him. We have him hung right next to the front door. So we've been HEARING the trick or treaters screaming before they can ring the doorbell.
reprehensor is answering the door with the robe from my outfit, and a crypt keeper mask, and is scaring the daylights out of some of these kids.
The last little girl was about 7, and her mom was laughing so hard she could barely stand up. That was her comment.
I love Halloween!
Mods, sorry for the bodily function reference, but it WAS funny.

reprehensor is the truly evil one this evening. I made the props. But he's relishing the screams and the gaping, open-mouthed stares.

Thank you, FSC, thank you. I was worried that the whole holiday had been watered down to nothing. Good job.

5. Oh how I love you! I think you are channeling the spirit of my |

mother. She loved to decorate our house with spider webs and eyes of wild creatures hiding in the bushes and stuffed scarecrows that moved by strings and ghosts flying through the yard.
She delighted in making Halloween creepy and she would laugh so hard she would almost pee in her pants.
How I miss her and how I so enjoyed your post. Thank you and reprehensor both. :grouphug:
Happy Halloween! :loveya:

Be on the lookout for our party post. I need to post the piccies from our party on Saturday.
Have to get them all uploaded to photobucket, but I'm preparing for a trip, and trying to get all my last minute research ducks in a row before I leave this Saturday!
No stress! :/

10. Puts a whole new twist on "trick" in trick or treat. |
|
"For Better or Worse" in the comics was quite similar. :)
