Geez, these girls are suppose to be role-models for young girls and for some bizarre reason they end up on starvation diets in order to fit some bizarre notion of beauty. Olsen Twins, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie are just a few of this girls that starved themselves into a skeletal look.

Geez, when will this starvation look go out of style. It's one thing to be naturally thin, it's another to starve yourself to practically inhumane proportions!

It's a guilty habit. Most of the time you see healthy folks but she has had to have lost about 30lbs between the pre and post picture and I doubt she weighed more than 120 to start

Maybe it's me, but I'm seeing this trend where these young girls want to be "Paris Hilton Wannabes" - ultra-thin blonde with all the great fashions Lindsay Lohen went through that same exact phase: Starvation and then showing up in Haute Couture for all the photo shoots.

It's a shame because you are right - Hillary was a great role model for girls but anyone who thinks they need to drop 30+lbs off of their already size 4 body isn't a role model. Perhaps it's her boyfriend from the punk boyband Good Charlotte influencing her or maybe the fact that 18 is an acceptable age for these girls to start clubbing & smoking up a storm
