28. Discovered it at a restaurant a few years ago
and have been using cinnamon since - also good on ribs.

Yum!

You don't want to overdo it, but it adds a wonderful touch.

37. VERY Mediterranean. Cinnamon on meats happens in a lot of
Med food. Moroccan, Greek, Turkish, Lebanese, etc. It is a wonderful flavor that most Americans associate with sweet as opposed to savory foods so putting it in a meat recipe opens a whole new world, literally. I make a Greek Pastitsio that uses ground beef and ground lamb with cinnamon in the meat mix. Totally yum.

Pork chop idea:

If they are thick enough, slice a pocket into them, put a couple thin slices of lemon and a sprig of fresh sage and a few thin slices of garlic, salt and pepper the outside then sprinkle nicely with Paprika. Another slice or 3 of lemon on top and bake or broil.

15. last night i cooked pork chops with sliced apples, cinnamon, and
a bit of honey right in the pan. personally, i think that you should liberally marinate them in lighter fluid, apply match, and serve.

23. Try this...
Spread some dijon mustard all over the chops. Then dip them in seasoned bread crumbs. Then stick them under the broiler for a few minutes on each side until the internal temperature is above 140. :)

27. try this . . .
lightly cover in italian bread crumbs and bake for 25 minutes at 350. Stire together a can of cream of mushroom soup and a cup of milk, and add to the pork chops, and cook at 350 for another 25 minutes covered. Finally added frenches fried onion chips on top of each chop and bake for another 15 minutes.

Server with rice and the vegetable of your choice.

Good Luck!!!

32. Collaborate
The best pork I ever had was when my wife found a recipe and soaked them in brie. (Or something like that). I cranked the grill up and managed to get the coals just right. I rarely use this word but they were quite succulent
