Every now and again, I get caught up into one of the plots, and I start watching the show only to have North show up within a few episodes. I use to be able to separate the two: The military and North's unethical behavior during the Iran-Contra mess, but now I can't any more. I now realize that North was invited on the show for a reason.

I don't think they're making new shows, but after this current round of Republican corruption, I wonder if the producers of JAG will regret their decision to have him on as often as they did.
