The "new" Frostie just doesn't taste like it did when I was 10 years old and guzzling this stuff by the gallons. A true American classic, IMO.

14. Another good one - although I am afraid it is only local
is Killebrew (I believe Harmon Killebrew has licensed his name for this lovely rootbeer)

3. Yes I love Frostie
They make the best root beer, as well as blue cream soda.

We have them at Fuddruckers and BevMo.

6. Nope not the greatest root beer
My father's home brewed root beer is better than anything you can buy anywhere. He's leaving me the recipe as part of his will.

7. The best root beers are the local ones.
I had this stuff called Dorthy's up at the North Shore here in MN, and it was the best root beer I ever had.

Whenever I go to a town I've never been to, I always have to try the local root beers. :)

12. Virgil's is the best root beer ever
In bottles. Not the kegs, which are a better deal but go flat too fast.
