MomaKef Is The Coolest!!! (Continued from last night's Will Thread)

The only thing that's been holding me back from writing on the Religious Right has been my concern for my mother. It's not like these fundies don't go wacko every so often and kill people, so there is some legitimate concern.

WELL....

I had a LONG talk with MomaKef this morning. We sat down and talked the whole issue over.

And this is what she said:

"If it's my destiny to die so that you can change the world, so be it."

That's both very cool and very creepy at the same time, but that's my mom.

Soooooo...the last hurdle is now gone. Expect to see work from me soon. I promise everyone this.

She was being sincere. She's always felt that I was put on this planet to do something important. (yeah, that is a lot of stress for me sometimes ;-) ), but she's seriously happy to do anything for me to help me get where I need to get in life.

I just hope I'm overreacting and my worries never come to pass.

MamaKef has turned the corner in the last 2 years and is truly one of the most supportive and caring parents anyone could want ... knowing her the bit i do, i don't think she'd lay a mindgame on anyone, if she thought you were whacked out she'd say so rather than try to manipulate you out of doing what you wanted to do.

But that's just my take on it.
