A friend of mine from france is putting together a project for his job. He is in commerical law. He asked me to find out what I could about the capital increase in corporate companies in america. I still have to ask my advisor at school what she can do to help me but I was wondering what you guys know about all this. I'm really not even sure what it is that he is looking for exactly but anything would help. Thanks for what ever you can give me DUers.

1. I'm not sure what info your friend wants. |

It sounds like he may be trying to understand the concept of par value in American companies.
I am a corporate attorney and I'm sure I can help you with this if you get more info. Feel free to PM me with any questions that your friends asks.

You are exactly the kind of person I can get info from for him. I'm not really sure either actually but this is what was said. I asked him what question I should ask my advisor and he saie, "Whats the American regulation concerning to the Capital Increase in corporate companies." Does that help you? It really is jibberish to me becasue i'm going into criminal law so......I have no idea what that means. If it doesn't make very much sence. LOL, his english is a little weary.
