48. RECIPE, PLEASE! for crockpot tetrazzini---please???!!

I'll share a recipe with you for a southern dish you may want if you will tell me how to make crockpot tetrazzini.

Take 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halve, and slice into 1/2 inch strips.

4 tablespoons of thyme.
2 tablespoons of parsley.
Chop one onion.
1/2 cup of dry white wine.
1 can of chicken broth.
1 tablespoon of black pepper.

Put all of the above into the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Then, dissolve 3 tablespoons of corn starch into 1/2 cup of water. Slice 8 mushrooms. Add the mushrooms and cornstarch/water mixture into the pot, and stir. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.

Cook 1 cup of spaghetti, broken into 2 inch segments. Add the cooked spaghetti and a 1/2 cup of half and half. Add 1/2 cup of grated parmesan. Cook on high another 10 minutes.

Hope it turns out okay!! I am entering the last phase now and it smells unbelievable! :D
