Windows tech question - how do I kill the "remember passwords" option? |
|
In IE, there is a setting to allow the computer to remember usernames and passwords to get into site, and all one has to do is start typing the username in the username field when logging in (such as at DU), and then the computer will autocomplete the username, and add the password.
I need to kill, one one computer, the few username/passwords the computer has remembered.
How can I delete these items?

Go to control panel. Double click Internet Options. Click on content, select 'Autocomplete' and uncheck the options.
