Try some zinc lozenges and echinachea-- it seems to shorten the duration of colds for me, at least.

I think I caught a cold last friday, too. Oh well, at least I'm already taking antibiotics for an unrelated issue.

Reading stuff thats touching on extreme e-porn each day, does tend to give one a cold...especially if the extreme e-porn each day is taking over all other reading matter.
