Just testing. I've written a bunch of posts and been totally ignored for a couple of hours now.
You want to hear about my operations?

I've had... hmmm.... five.
Had one when I was five for my adenoids and the idiots left my tonsils. Had one at 19 for them. Was never so sick in my life. Had a c section when I had a wee bit of difficulty delivering an 11 point infant (who is now six foot five) and another scheduled c section three years later. And on Christmas Eve, 1989, I had my gall bladder out. I guess the wisdom teeth don't count, but the laughing gas was amazing. If only we could have a canister of that stuff in the kitchen for when you cook....

7. I was with my daughter recently |
|
when she delivered her second child. Her doctor had pushed to take it early because the last one had been nine pounds and she had extensive tearing after prolonged pushing.
He told me as he delivered this nicely smaller version of the big brother, that he was hoping not to have to cut her again "from her cooter to her pooter."
I liked him.

6. O.M.G! Owww! I'm guessing you had to TRY to deliver him, before the C-sec |
|
:scared: My SIL was in labor for 43 hours with her 10+ pounder. He nearly died from the delivery. My O.B. told me I would "have no problem delivering a nine or ten pound baby." Yeah, and the largest of my three babies was 7.7:eyes:

8. I was in labor a long, long time |

before they decided to take him but it wasn't that awful because I wasn't progressing at all. My body wasn't planning on letting that thing out the usual way. It was looking at options!

let's see. When I had my gall bladder out I went under in a lot of pain, very sick. It had burst. At some point in the wee hours some nutty RW nurse got really close to my face and asked me "Do you know Jesus?" And I said, "Why, is he here?"
Okay, maybe not so funny. She was kind of scary.
