1. Perhaps the best Tony Bennett album
is "The Bill Evans/Tony Bennett Album." Just two hall-of-famers assaying a collection of timeless standards. No bass or drums, only the matchless piano of Bill Evans and Bennett's incomparable baritone. To hear them do "My Foolish Heart" is to be transported instantly to paradise.
