Or just Medium for short.
I know it doesn't sound all that romantic, but it's really a veiled compliment. It has something to do with her being the perfect, or medium, size for me. The way we fit together when snuggling, etc.
Her nick for me? Biggie.

I'm 5'10", 180 pounds. My jacket size is 44R. Nothing big about those dimensions.
Guess it must be something else. My intellect, perhaps?

...Or Witch. or somtimes "Slapper", but only if she's in a good mood and nowhere near a sharp object.
I can't tell you what she calls me, though, there might be kids online...

It's from the "Seinfeld" episode, the one that introduced the Soup Nazi. Jerry and his girlfriend were driving everyone else crazy by calling each other "shmoopie". My b/f and I saw that episode the other night, and decided to adopt that nickname for ourselves. :-)
