He may be 'guilty' - but I think 'by reason of insanity' may be appropriate to tack on.
I honestly don't think that he believes his 'love for children' is aberrant.
I don't think he's a malicious predator.

I do think he is geniunely mentally disturbed - either from birth or because of his totally fucked up childhood - but he's clinical, not evil. He needs help, not prison.

Doesn't make any of it 'okay', though.

I believe he is deeply disturbed, but I think he is a serial predator. He cannot be reformed in my opinion, he is too far gone. Paedophilia is not curable---and Michael Jackson has shown by indulging repeatedly, despite the risks, that he is incapable of controling his urges.
