Computer help needed!
When configuring Outlook for mail, and using satellite (Direcway) as the ISP, what should the configuration settings as far a "connection" be?

I've tried broadband, 3rd party, and modem, but nothing seems to work.

All I'm trying to do is set up Ms. DB's laptop with an alternate Direcway email account so she can receive mail on it at that address.

The set-up went fine, but I can't get it to send/receive mail!

This is why I have a Mac...

It is also why I build furniture for a living...

1. First....
configure your connection as accorded the bandwidth by your ISP. Satellite is most likely broadband/high speed.

Second, try Thunderbird (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/)as outlook has a lot of problems (security problems, mostly)
