married her brother. I can't stand anything about him and he ruins the games I enjoy watching, with his stupid commentaries. Like no one can think for themselves.

3. He used to be good

As a former college basketball junkie, the Vitale of the last 6-8 years is not the Dick Vitale of the 80 or early to mid 90s. Back then, he was always very sharp and really on target with his facts and knowledge of the game. Yes, he was always enthusiastic, to say the least, but at least he did his homework and usually offered good color commentary.

However, since the late 90s, he's really just become a caricature of himself and I've often seen him lazy with his homework and not nearly as insightful as he used to be.

4. Wish they'd pull him on the tube........ESPN isn't doing the fans

a favor by keeping him around to color the games.
