Every time I shut my eyes I see Michael Jackson's face |

I can't sleep, needless to say.

if you're stupid enough to send your kid to the neverland ranch, he deserves to get molested.
How stupid can parents be???

6. well it's like haunting images |
|
All through my life I have had images haunt me when I shut my eyes and try to sleep. When I was young it was monsters or aliens, and tonight it's MJ's mug shot. I know that may sound cruel, but his disfiguring surgeries really frighten me, I feel sorry for him in that respect.

10. Go into the kitchen, heat up some milk and put a big glob of honey |
|
in it. The calcium in the milk will relax you, and the honey will stimulate your seratonin (sp). If you don't want to heat up milk, just eat a big tablespoon of honey. It works. It is an old folk remedy that has been verified by modern researchers.

14. I have been hypnotized before |
|
and posthypnotic suggestion doesn't work well on me. Rest assured though, that hypnosis is a real phenomenon, and it's not exactly as it's portrayed in movies and stuff. In other words, the patient is not sleeping, but in a state of relaxation and mental focus, it's rather neat.

I have my notes from Wednesday. Pyschology is a real interesting class, I am enjoying it. Oh I know its not how it is in pop culture references, I thought it was but I saw a video. Sorry I didnt know. Maybe this will work, yell to people to shut the hell about Jackson,

7. Dude, just stop watching the news channels. |
|
Turn on Comedy Central, or one of the late night shows.
I'm deliberately staying away from the news channels as long as they're pushing this garbage.

it's not the image of "molester" that bothers me, it's the image of "cosmetic surgery gone bad" that bothers me.
