Anyone know anything about "CoolWWWSearch" spyware? How to get rid of it?

I would have posted this in the Computer Group if I could but I sadly am unable to donate at the present time. So I'm hoping that someone here can give me some advice. Many thanks if you can and many thanks if you can't and you read this post anyway.

I've been running the Spybot program that my uncle put on my computer and there are always a few files that the program cannot fix. The overwhelming majority of them seem to have to do with something called "CoolWWWSearch." I googled "CoolWWWSearch" and came up with endless programs that say they will get rid of that particular spyware. Naturally, I have no idea what to do with all of those choices. Which brings me to my question.

Has anyone heard of this before? How did you get rid of it? Any suggestions or advice?
