Damnit, I just know my cats are talking about me
Abbott and Evita have been having a conversation with each other for the past 10 minutes and I have no clue what they are telling each other but to be sure it's probably some plot against me.

Anyone else with chatty cats especially with each other?

1. Evita -- bad name
She probably thinks she should rule the house. Maybe you should remind them how useful you are. You can open doors. They can't. You can open up cans of tuna and cat food. They can't. You can buy toys for them. They don't have any money or credit cards. The list goes on.

2. Evita suits her well!!
She's a princess who came from humble means (she lived feral for probably about 3 years). And she definately rules over dumb but loveable Abbott!

7. Actually I think her version would be....
"Don't Meow For Me, Wilmington, DE"

She was a smalltown cat from the small village of Smyrna DE where she was lured (with a can of cat food in a cat trap) to the big city.

It's a common store told all too often!

3. They pretend they don't talk to each other
but they pass notes when they think I'm not looking. They are most certainly plotting insurrection, once they have managed to grow opposable thumbs.

4. Makes you wonder what they do all day while I'm work
They're probably like that SNL skit about Reagan where in the public he's all loveable and goofy, but when the press left he suddenly became this superbrain

11. Thanks! I'm already not sleeping because of the bed bug article
from the NYTimes but now I have to worry about my cats eating me too.

15. They Are. They Called Our Cats
Did you know your cats know how to make long distance calls? And tell them to stop trying to make collect calls to Clarisse or Greta.
