1. Me too.
And I got a HUGE lecture from the dentist a couple of weeks ago about my smoking. Maybe I should find another dentist LOL :-)

2. was yesterday
the smoke-out?

I refuse to quit due to public pressure. However, I have just started taking welbutrin, so I suspect in a couple weeks I'll quit (again). Sigh....

3. I've been on welbutrin
since January and my attempts to quit in the spring and summer were short lived. I haven't tried again lately, I probably won't until next spring.

4. I used Welbutrin
the last time I quit to great effect. It took a large dose (600mg/day) but it worked well.

After three years cigarette-free, I went through a personal crisis and started up again.

But I thought Welbutrin helped a lot. After being on it for a few weeks, I was down to about 6 cigarettes a day without even thinking about it. At that point I figured it was time to quit. The first day sucked. The second day sorta sucked. By the third day, I was fine except for certain triggers (talking on the phone, driving, e.g.) but those were habits to break, not addictions.

Best of luck to you. Don't wait 'til Spring.
