Educate this goy in the ways of Jewmas.
Edited on Tue Nov-29-05 01:27 PM by Beware the Beast Man
I am thinking of expanding my holiday horizons this year, and along with Festivus, the Beast House would like to celebrate Jewmas. I am aware of the traditional Chinese dinner, but what other customs do you have, oh chosen ones?

1. Bowling and movies are also a part of the Jewmas festivities.
Movie theaters are always open, and you'd be surprised at how many bowling alleys you can find open for business on Dec. 25.

However, since Dec. 25 is the first night of Ccchhhhannukkkkkaaaahhhh this year, Jewmas celebrations may be curtailed by the sheer fact that my people will actually have something to DO.

11. Leaving some latkes and blintzes
out for Hanukkah Charlie.

Many moons ago I worked for a wholesale meat-packing firm owned by a Jewish family and had a lot of Jewish employees. We all loved holiday times because the both the Christian and Jewish holidays were all paid days off.

Great boss, a fairer man I have never worked for. Shalom, Gerry.
