What's a "nice Jewish girl"?

My dad once jokingly told my sister, then a senior in high school, to go find a "nice Norwegian boy" to bring home.

What did she do? She went off to college and brought home a Norwegian boy - an exchange student from Norway!

Turned out he wasn't so nice, though.

She married a nice boy from Memphis with a French and Scottish background.

Like my Italian mom always wanted me to meet. I think I only dated 1 Italian woman my whole life, and it was nothing serious. And, she wasn't too nice... other than being built very nice.

Oh, and my ex-wife has a Jewish dad & an Irish-Catholic mom.

And, my wife now is Chinese.

My parents never really liked my ex-wife (even before marriage), though they love my wife now.
