I got into a conversation last night with a guy who works at the Sun-Times, a Hollinger paper.

He claimed to not be a freep, but he sure came off as one. When he said that Lord Black will likely go to jail because of an impending SEC investigation, I reminded him that nobody who's a friend of Richard Perle would ever be fairly investigated by the SEC.

He then agreed with me, but said that since I was so well-informed (even knowing who Richard Perle was, and that he was on the board of Hollinger) I "must" be part of the Liberal Elite.

Can Black even be investigated by the SEC? I don't know. (On Edit, I guess he can be)
