I hardly ever buy anything from them because they have little or no selection for those of us with a chest. Frederick's of Hollywood is much better for those of us who have been so blessed (or cursed at times).
As for thongs, not my favorite, but I'd have to admit I have a couple pairs of pants that no other panties look good under and they can make your bottom look nicer. I'm still aquiring a taste for them though.
