He didn't show up until the last ten minutes (lots of references to "him" without actually saying "Dr.Noah Drake") and then he was face down drunk on a bar table. I don't know if this particular dive was in Port Charles but the character who tracked him down got from the hospital to the bar in no time. Also I don't know if the bar was near the port because I didn't hear the tell tale "clang clang" maritime sound that they use at the beginning of any scene on the docks (complete with what looks like light shining up from the water).

He seems to be playing the rock n roll rebel neurosurgeon role. :eyes:
