We had ours the second Monday in October....The only advice I can give you in the cooking category is...Be sure you time things so that everything is ready (more or less) at the same time!....My married daughter does our Thanksgiving dinner now, so I'm spared the work...The important thing is being together with your loved ones! As long as the meal is decent don't worry....:)
