Another word on the older folk:
Marinate, marinate, marinate! Otherwise, they can be tough, might not be juicy enough and can retain flavors from storage. Marinating can remove the flavors of things like Halls cough drops, cheap cigars, and Absorbine Junior.

12. Reminds me of a marquee I saw in front of a Chinese restaurant...
And it stayed up for a couple of MONTHS. One of those marquees with the removable letters - it said "we are proud to serve you your family for dinner."
