HeLP!! STUPID question!! How do I use a font?
I have downloaded several; how do I use them?? Sorry; I am blonde....

1. What operating system are you using.
If it is Windows, go into control panel and put the files into your fonts folder.

3. With Windows, there is not much that is intuitive...

4. I am pretty sure you can use them in paint
as long as they are in your fonts folder.

9. paint is a limited program
photoshop 7 or photoshop cs2 will allow you to easily switch between image editing tools including fonts.

i like your posts on the SW forum btw... keep up the good fight

10. on second thought
paint also allows to switch fonts easily but as kitchenwitch stated they must be in the fonts folder. alternately, if you have the fonts saved in a special location, try right-clicking on a font and choosing "install".
