We are thinking of doing a Taco bar for Christmas dinner. |
|
Crunchy and soft tacos.
Anybody have any suggestions for side dishes?

1. Spanish rice and frijoles refritos |
|
For side dishes along with all your bar accoutrement's, like the lettuce and tomato's, cheese sour cream, jalapenos, a couple of different salsa's and pico de gallo. Can you tell I'm into this. I think I must be hungry.

an enchilada casserole could work, also don't forget black olives, limes, sour cream (or crema fresca if you can get it)

Christmas tacos are the BEST! After going to friend and families for the traditional ham...tacos at the in-laws rock.
