I saw an interview with a plastic surgeon and they asked her about this picture. She said she thought it looked like a regular bandaid. And his nose is totally messed up. As if we couldn't tell that just from looking.

It looks to me like Michael Jackson is evolving into a new species of bat, with a specialized nose. As you probably know, bats are the second largest mammal family, following rodents. It isn't hard to imagine Michael Jackson hanging upside down in a tree in an Australian forest, amongst a colony of fruit bats.
