Our cartoons are being made into awful movies |
|
What is with Hollywood ruining our cartoons. Scooby Doo, a perfectly respectable cartoon, was turned into the worst movie I have seen in ages. I watched around an hour of this monstrosity while subbing for a primary SBH class the other day. The movie is full of lame fart jokes, wooden performances, and a dumb plot.
Now Cat in the Hat is evidently just horrid. I haven't seen it but the reviews make it sound like an idiotic, wooden, boring, filthy film. Can't they make decent films with this material?

I always thought of the Cat in the Hat as a book first.

3. What did you expect with "Cat in the Hat"? |

They took a sub 300 word book, and turned it into a 2 hour movie after all.
