What's the best download accelerator/manager?

I used to have Flashget, but my hard drive was wiped out and I'm rebuilding everything (yes, it sucks). Anything good out there?

1. I use Fresh Download

The only problem is you have to put up with some spam mail from them once every two weeks or so (nothing major, just ads for their updated other programs).

Plus, I think you can unsubscribe from their mailing list after you download. I never bothered, I just delete the messages :)
