Yes, he waited in line for 4 minutes with panty hose on his head.

I saw once on "Americas Dumbest Criminals" that a man robbed a bank naked so people couldn't recognize him by his clothes! The officers caught him quick, though, because he was the only naked man running the streets. lmmfao.
