And does little to observe the day. Ever go to a shcool that did that?

MLK Day off had just started when I was a freshman (1999) at college, not much happened that time, but it steadly grew from there. Odd that it took that long to recognize at a school in Indiana, but then again, the passive racist views of many in the midwest have marginalized the holiday for years.
