I used to love Christmas so much |
|
But, the past couple of years have been such a pain in the ass that I am thinking of talking to Michael tonight, and seeing if he just wants to skip it all together, and go up to the mountains.
Really...I am dreading the relatives so much this year that it feels sickening.

1. It's time to make your own traditions. |
|
There is no law that says you have to spend Christmas with relatives. Of course, there may be consequences, but ask yourself if you're willing to live with those consequences, in order to have a meaningful holiday.
Best of luck.

4. That's actually very good advice |
|
I am going to show this thread to Michael and see what he thinks.
Honestly, when it gets to the point of nausea, it's time to do something...anything....different.
