I've had a cold (possibly more) for the past few days. I think that I got it from my husband who has been coughing for the past week and a half. I have a headache, feel a little dizzy, sore throat, and stuffed up. I only cough occaisionally. I think I have a fever but I'm not sure because I've lost my thermometer, which didn't seem to work right anyway. My husband is out of town all week. I wasn't planning on doing anything in particuliar but I feel bad about lying in bed. It makes me feel like I'm depressed or something. I know that might sound weird. I have work tomarrow so it is important that I get better though, but lying down also makes the stuff from my sinuses drain down my throat.

1. I usually plop myself on the couch when I feel sick |

To me, that's kind of a compromise between going to bed and running around. (I tend to try to stifle illness until I have time to be sick anyway.)
But don't feel guilty! If you're sick, you're sick. Go to bed if you want. Feel better.
