IKEA has a cool room planning download

I'm planning an office space for a client and
just found out that IKEA.com has a great room planning
download where you can set the size of the room,
add furniture and look at the finished plan in 3D.
Great for someone who isn't an architect. The site
also gives a price list for everything you've chosen.
Unfortunately the little furniture downloads don't include
all their furniture lines, but close enough in sizes
to all for an idea.
