We had something break in the building that's fairly important. I've been trying to get someone down here to fix it since last Monday.

The guy finally shows up today.

So I explain the problem (he stares at me like he's never heard the concept before), and he asks how to turn off the system, (which his company sold us and installed), so he can get started.

Hey, Einstein McBraniac--I called you because I have no clue how to do this. If I did, I wouldn't be paying you to come down here and fix it. (mindblowing thought, I know.)

It's going to be a long week. I can tell. :thumbsup:
