So I was at my friend's little brother's Bar Mitzvah last night, so feeling kinda stupid standing in the middle of the dance floor sipping Pepsi while 7th graders humped each other, my friend and I went to have dinner off in a private room with his dad. Somehow politics came up and him being a doctor, asked me what I thought about the Medicare Bill. He seemed throughly impressed with my convictions and get this....he said he could get me a job for the Gephardt campaign!!!! Keep in mind that I'm 15, and this is...mind-blowing for me. I'm torn though, I don't mind Gephardt, I just dont agree with him on some things, unfortunatly those "some things" are pretty major like IWR and what not....so I don't know. But still, I GOT OFFERED A CAMPAIGN JOB!!!!!
Well....it was important to me...

You will gain a whole new level of understanding and appreciation for how the political process works by working on a campaign. If the offer is sincere and you agree with 80% of Gephardt's message go for it.
