you might want to check the user agreement. When I had it through law school, use of it for non-school related purposes or use by a third party was grounds for expulsion for the account holder. And they DID keep track of what it was used for....

Frankly, you can do as well for most things via other databases or even with a modest knowledge of the various search engines.

I don't know, maybe other colleges have better versions-
