But that test was negative. :)

The doctor asked if I'd been around sick people. Well, there was that little matter of 8 hours in an ER last week. ;)

11. I still have mine

The only time I had tonsillitis was in the summer of '75 when visiting my grandparents here in San Diego. It was awful.

The antibiotics did the job, and never had any trouble since. Never had strep throat once either.

9. I thought I was getting the flu.

But the fact that swallowing is WORK convinced me to see the doctor. The swab he used to test for strep sure was attractive. x( Hopefully the amoxicilin will kick this thing's ass soon.
